In 1922 over an jflfSh. of rain fell on each of 7 days, as against 6 inches in 1903.' Particulars of these are; Jan. 16th, 1.41 in.; Jan. 21st, 1.06; Feb. Bth, 1.91; May 23rd, 1.06; Oct. 20th, 1.19; Dec. Bth, 1.65. During the year the longest spell of wet weather occurred in June, every day "from, the 10th to the 22nd (both foiclusivie) bjeing wet with a total of 2.6 inches of rain.
