BOYS WHO TARRED A DOG.
A Salford boy of 14 was sent to a reformatory for four years for being concerned with five other lads, in breaking into an office and stealing pens and blackleads. It was stated that the boys tarred a watchdog on the head, blinding one eye, and injuring'.the other.
