A motorist who drove a car from Morrinsville to Hamilton was charged in the Hamilton Magistrate's Court with n,Ojt having a distiinguishiahle number plate. The informing constable said that one of tth© flgpres of the number plate had' been broken off. Whan spoken to the motorist said the number was all right when he left Morrinsville, but the condition of the road to Hamilton was such that he regarded himself as being luicky in! having any of the car lefj at all.
