MATCH WITH MANAWATU. For next Saturday, 18th, a goli match has beepaiTanged between local teams and corresponding teams from the Manawatu Club. Play will commence at 1.30 p.m. sharp. Gentlemen to play 18 holes, ladies 12. The ti llowing players, have been picked to represent Shannon Men : Murphy, Morgan, Saxon, Stewart, Seim-s, Daniell, MacDonald, Grainger, Gagliardi, Anderson, Johnston, Abbo'.r.; emergencies, Dinnie, King. Ladies : Mrs Saxon, Miss G- Goodwn, Mrs Johnston, Mrs Morgan, Miss F. Gouuwin, Mrs Dinnie. Any of die above players unable to take par; arc requested to notify the hor. sccjxiaiy as soon as possible so that other arrangements can be made.
