APPOINTMENT OF COUNTY CLERK.
At the meeting of the Horowhenua County Council Saturday Mr F. it. Hudson, late assistant, was appointed to position of County clerk, left vacant by the retirement of Mr P. W. Goldsmith to take oyer the .secretaryship of the Horowhenua Power Board.
