PEDESTRIAN SUES MOTORIST. DUNEDIN, Last Night At the Supreme Court to-day, Harold Leslie Campbell sued Charles George Wilson foir damages arising out of an accident, which occurred on April 4 last, when defendant’s motor knocked plaintiff down and broke both his legs. The jury awarded £233 19/11 ,special damages and £SO general damages and judgment was entered accordingly.
