Thebe was a fair attendance of buyers at the Shannon stock sale held yesterday and a good yarding of sheep and cattlCi. came forward for which ; there was-fair competition. Following are. the prices received:—Sheep: Fat ewes 27/4 to 28,/ r , aged ewes in lamb, to black face rams. 22./-, hoggets according to quality 13/6, 15/-. 18/10 to £l. Cattle: Dairy,, close tO' profit, £7 10s to £l-1 ss, other sorts according to quality 25/- to £5 ss; empty cows 22/6 to 33/-, forward cows £2 to £2 17s 6d. 1
