“PUTTING IT OVER” ON SATURDAY.

On Saturday night a thrilling drama of American life will' be screened in ‘Putting it Over.” It is full of exciting incidents and climaxes and holds the attention from start to finish. “A GUILTY CONSCIENCE.” For Monday the selection is “A Guilty Conscience.” The story is as follows;—A young clerk in the British office sends for his wife and when she arrives in Sim/lai, finds that the heat is too) severe for her to stand. Later when his superior sees the young wife, the man decides to transfer the husband to a fever infested zone that he might, be killed. As an inducement this man offers the husband a salary three times as great as that, he l is getting. The husband goes to his new post, and his wife to the mountains. She is followed by her husband’s superior officer who showers her with"attention. At first she takes them ns an act of kindness and. goes riding with the mian each day. But. the man is not happy. His conscience troubles him, so much that, unable to bear it longer he sets out to find the husband in the fever hole, but he air-* rives just in time to meet death at an upmfing of natives. The story is brought to a happy ending in the reconciliation of wife and husband.
