ROMEO SUES THE FATHER. SAYING IT WITH FLOWERS. LONDON, April 29. A r< ul ’ifo Romeo in Beilin has sued Juliet’s father for heaving flower-pots at his head when found climbing tile balcony to his sweetheart’s room. Romeo was Max, -a suburban barber; Juliet was Freida, a shop girl, and daughter of a locksmith. Both played as Romeo and Juliet in an amateur society’s performance. The locksmith and his wife at night time heard whispering in Freda’s room, and found Max on the bedroom balcony windowa The father warned him off. but the same thing occurred th • second night, and then the irate parent threw flower-pots. He “ didn't miss once.” he proudly told the judge, who said he must pun ish him, but finally let him off with a caution. He learned later that Juliet had -loped with her lover.
