WEDDING BELLS.

SPENCER—CAMERON,

A quiet, but pretty wedding was solemnised at St. David’s Church, Palmerston North, on April 19, when Miss Jessie Stewart Cameron, eldest daughter of Mr and Mrs J. Cameron, of Levin, was married to Mr Bertram Francis Spencer, son of Mr E. Spencer, senr., and the late Mrs Spencer, of Shannon. The Rev. Mr Boyde officiated. The bride, who was givien away by her father, wore a fawn garbadine frock with eolienne panels beautifully beaded, and carried a bouquet of autumn leaves and carnations. The bridesmaid, Miss Mary .Cameron, sister of the bride, wore saxe blue garbjadine beaded) with .silver, 'arid bouquet to match. The duties of best man were performed by Mr G. S. Spencer, of Palmerston North.

Later the bride and bridegroom left by car for the north, the bride wearing a nigger brown embossed velour coat frock and hat to match.
