LEVIN STOCK SALE.
YESTERDAY’S QUOTATIONS. There was a small yarding of stock at the weekly Levin sale on Tuesday, except in the case of pigs which came forward in large numbers and sold at slightly reduced prices. Other stock were unchanged. Prices were as follows: Pigs.—Small weaners, 10/ to 12/6, | good .15/ to 19/, stores £1 to 27/6, light porkers 33/ to £2, good to £2 15/, baconers to £4. Sheep.—Small mixed store sheep £l, Romney rams 15/, cull lambs 8/3 to 10/, empty store ewes 12/10 to 15/. Cattle—Fat cows £3 5/ to £5 2/, venters 30/, store cows 33/ to £2 2/, in calf heifers £3 15/ to £5, wfcancr heifers 32/ to £2 6/.
