BOTH SOLD. It was reported to the Shannon Borortgli Council at last meeting that both the houses erected by them under their housing scheme had been sold, the; purchasers being Mrs C. M. Hudson and Mr A. E. Boyd. The Council then passed the following motion: “That the,Borough Council is willing to build houses under the borough housing scheme condition paying 10 per cent deposit, and will build to order at a cost not to exceed £BOO.

It was also decided to call applications for the purchase of the oats at present growing on the section owned by the Council at the comer of Vance Street and Piimjmer Tei race.
