Numbers of people—particularly business men—who have confidence in the State-guar-anteed Public Trustee as executor for their estates, may nevertheless wish to secure the assistance of intimate friends or relatives as advisory trustees to act in cooperation with the Public Trustee in the practical management of the estates. The testators believe that the advice of friends who have knowledge of details of the estates can be of great value. The Public Trust Office Amendment Afct, 1013, has made provision for such cooperation. Practically the law assures and facilitates an efficient combination of the State-guaranteed administration with the advice of private trustees or solicitors. Whether such advisory trustees are appointed or not, testators have the State 'guarantee that the resources of the . public Trust Office are adequate to the needs of any - estate, large or small, simple or complex. Enquiries welcomed. Apply to*— A. MOSLEY, District Manager, PUBLIC TRUST, LEVIN.
