NOTICE is hereby given, pursuant to section 50 of the Public Trust Office Act, 1908, that all creditors and others having claims against the. estate of Emily Jane Barnes, late of Shannon, School Teacher (whose estate is under administration by the Public Trustee) are hereby required to lodge in dupiicale such claims, supported by full particulars and certified as due and owing by the said estate a,t the date of the death of deceased, with the Public Trustee’s local office a,t Palmerston North, on or before the 23rd day of October, 1922.
