— Following are the concluding results: SHEEP DOG TRIAL. After the preliminary trial on the first day, the final was run off yesterday and resulted: L. B. Green’s (Palmerston North) William Boss, 40 pts, 1; J. Harding’s (Dannevirke) Don, co pts., 2; J. Neylon’s (Levin) Baldie, 34 pouits, 3; twelve entries. - - In the final the three competing dogs dm fine work, and the judge, Mr R. J. .McDonald, did not have an easy task. The winning dog, Mr Green’s William Boss, worked particularly well, yarding his sheep in fine style. His work was even better than on the first, day and his win was well-deserved. HORSES.
