FULL DETAILS OF POINTS. Mr G. Siever's two entries put up a meritorious perionnance m tlie Buueriat Competition at the Levin siiow, this owner thus adding another success to his already creditable record. The conditions provided lor prizes to be awarded to the first live cows m order oi merit, the points, being computed as loliows: One point lor every 101 b of milk produced in the two days, and 7 points lor every lb ol butterl'at; 1 point was allotted lor each lb ul fat lor each month the cow had been in milk since Ist July, 1921. Mr Siever's winning cow is Lady, and this is her third successive win in the competition, in last year s contest she produced 1041 b oi milk, and tested 4.3, as against 1141 b this year, with a 4.2 test. The fat production lor the two days ol the test in 1921 was 4.47, while this year the figures are 4.78. Mr Siever’s other entry, Maggie, lilted second place, only a point away in the aggregate, and Mr J. G. Horn s Maggie was a good third. Mr Sievers is to be congratulated on his success. He is a well known judge of dairy stock, and it is evident his judgment is pretty sound in the .selection ci cows. Following are the winners since 1915, when the competition was . inaugurated:—i Winner 1915 —Mr E. M. Herrick. Winner 1916 —Mr R. JL. Horn. Winner 1917—Mr J. Curran. Winner 1918—Mr J. Morgan.
