To-morrow there will: be a fine screening at the Maoriland Theatre, the programme including that great film feature, “The Misleading Lady,” with Bert Lyttell in the leading role. The supports are a good lot, among them a Christie Comedy, “All Mixed Up,” a Topical Budget, and the fifth episode of “Tlh Minh.” “THE JACKAROO OF COOLABONG.” On Friday there will be presented the latest E. J. and Dan Carroll pro duction entitled “The -Jackaroo of Coolabong,”-co-starring Snowy Baker with Kathleen Key and Bernice Vere. The gist of the story is the arrival of a new chum on a station, his subsequent humiliation by the hands, his dramatic opportunity to play the man, and his turning the tables on his tormentors. There is, too, a love interest and a sensational element that make it one of the most successful. Australian pictures to date. 4 It will be supported by an Australian tworeel comedy, . “Cows and Cuddles,” featuring Cal. Ordell, better known as Dave in Rudd’s “New Selection.”
