>— HIJTT SIGNATURES SECURED. . The task of getting the necessary "103 signatures in the Hutt County to the petition asking that a Power Board be formed in the Horowhenua district has been completed. The portion of this county which will come within the Horowhenua district is the Whareroa Riding, of which Cr. McKay is the representative. Cr. McKay had charge of the work of securing the signatures, and it is highly creditable that the task should have been completed so expeditionsly.
