The particulars obtained by the Mayor are of a startling nature. -He blames the Government lor Indiscrimination in allowing persons affected to come into the country, and for the wholesale immigration when there is insufficient house accommodation for the people already here. In some of the cases investigated by thi Mayor, • two or three children wele sleeping in the same room as the tuberculous subject.
