_—. LIGHTLESS CYCLISTS. At the inquest into the death of Lucy Willan, who died on June 29, as'a result of injuries received in a collision with another cyclist, the evidence showed that deceased and her sister were riding without lights, and the former wait run into by a male cyclist, who also did not have a light. A verdict was returned of death from iraciure of the base of the skull. The Coroner* strongly commented upon the practice of people riding cycles ana driving motor cars and vehicles after dark lightless. ~ -
