A land Act Case-

NEW PLYMOUTH, Fbb. 28.

The charges against Hondy, for making an alleged false declarations under the Laud Act was called on at the Resident Magistrate’s Court this morning Mr Boy appeared for the Crown, and Mr Samuel for the defendant. Mr O’Hara Smith, auditor in the Land Department, who is prosecuting, with other witnesses, were ordered out of court during the hearing of the ease. Mr Sidney Weltman, Commissioner of Crown Lands, was the first witness.
