A large meeting, presided over by Sir Henry Parbes, carried a resolution, requesting a dissolution of Parliament, and it was decided to forward a copy to His Excellency the Governor. MARINE BOARD DECISION. The Marine Board have found the captain of the steamer Kelloe, which recently collided with the cruiser Ringarooma, responsible for the accident, and have called upon him to show cause why his certificate should not be suspended.
