(Received 8 a.m., Feb. 16th.) London, Feb. 15. Sir J. F. Garrick, the Agent-General of Queensland, denies that there is any intention of raising a loan on account of the losses by the floods. (Received 11,30 a.m., Feb. 16th.) The Queensland committee have cabled to Brisbane the sum of £IOOO in aid of the sufferers by the floods.
