The amendment moved by Mr Redmond demanding the release of all persona convicted under the Treason and Felony Act, was rejected by 397 to 81. Mr Aequith, Home Secretary, referring to the amendment, said that the dynamiters were guilty of the most heinous crimes, and that thevjbadnevejyj^m--' (Special to Press Association.) (Received 7.50 p.ra., Feb. 10th.) San Francisco, Feb. 9. News has reached hero that the Hawaiians who opposed the new Government have been disarmed.
