PRESENTATION.

Yesterday afternoon the teachers of St. Mary’s Sunday School presented Miss A. J. Ball with a testimonial, the occasion being the approaching marriage of the young lady, and her probable departure from Timaru. The Yen. Archdeacon Harper addressed the recipient, and stated that the teachers had desired him to present her with a handsome silver teapot as a token of their esteem and regard, and a memento of her twelve years faithful service to the school. The gift, which is very handsome and well-chosen, was suitably acknowledged by Miss Ball.
