ASHBURTON HUNT CLUB STEEPLECHASES.
The Ashburton Hunt Club held their annual steeplechase meeting yesterday. The weather was fine but cold; and the attendance very fair. The following are the results of the various events :~ Maiden Steeplechase, for a piece of plate value 10 sovs ; weight for age ; for horses that have never started in an advertised race other than hack races.
