STUDHOLME V. THE QUEEN.
JUDGMENT FOR DEFENDANT. [By Telegraph.] Christchurch, July 10, ,At to-day's sitting of the District Court Judge Ward delivered judgment in the case of Stud ho Ime v, The Queen, the finding being for the dafendant, with costs. The action wag to recover for damage by fire, alleged to have been caused by negligence of the railway authorities.
