TIMARU —THIS DAY,
(Before T. W. Hall, and B. Woollcombo, Esqrs.) ' BIDING WITHOUT HEINS. James Reid was charged with riding without reins on 23rd June, in Sophia street. He was fined forty shillings and ‘ Severely cautioned, the Bench stating ' they wore determined to put down this ' class of offence, LEAVING A VEHICLE UNATTENDED, Thomas Doaroll, for leaving his vehicle unattended in Cain’s Terrace on 16th Juno, was fined five shillings. The Court then rose.
