James Watson, charged with being drunk and disorderly, was this morning lined 10s, and 2s cab hire,Mr F. LcOren was on the Bench. At the B.M. Court yesterday the following sentences were passed upon lads concerned in the larceny of metal, bolts &c., from Messrs Smith and Gibson, and engine fittings, the property of, the Levels Road Board : —W. Blanchctt, Ernest Fynmore and John Green/ to 21 hours imprisonment with 21 strokes of a birch rod ; Stephen Gardner to 7 days imprisonment with 20 strokes of a birch rod ; Stephen Gardner to 7 days imprisonment and two whippings.
