IJlcGuinness, for leaving cows to wander at large, five shillings each. T. H. Parsons, Oliver Westerraan, Richard Kelland, and Archibald Graham, for allowing horses to be at large, the three first five shillings each, the fourth ten, DRUNKENNESS, A first offender was dismissed with a caution.
