MR WESTON ON THE STUMP. fßy Telegraph.] Reefton, May 6, Mr Weston, M.H.R. for Inangahua, addressed a meeting of his constituents at Reefton last night. He reviewed at length the history of last session. He condemned the stonewalling of the Opposition, and approved of the action taken by the House. Ho paid a graceful tribute to the retiring Premier, and in the main approved of the action of Government during the past session, and he had seen no reason'to regret the vote he had given for the ministry on the NoConfidence motion. The present Ministry he regarded as a new one, and ho should go to Wellington untramelled. Ho received an unanimous vote of confidence. Mr Weston will be entertained at a publie dinner to-night.
