New Plymouth, April 6. Pannell, charged with attempted rape on Mrs Daniells, was committed for trial to-day. Welvngton, Apr! I 6. Mrs Fuller on a charge of arson, was sentenced to five years’ penal servitude. Christchurch, 6. At the Supreme Court to-day, in the case against James Wyvillc and Alfred Simpson, for conspiring to defraud, the indictment was quashed as being bad. The case against Patrick O’Shannassy aqd John Keller, for assault, was postponed to next session. This concluded the business of the session. Dunedin, April 6. ■ James Henderson, for uttering,- received twelve months’ imprisonment
