(Before J. Beswick, Esq., 8.M.) 1 DEUNKENJJEBS. James Sullivan, charged for the second time within a month, with being drunk at the railway station was fined 20s or 48 hours imprisonment. CIVIL CASES. Judgment was given for plaintiff by default in the case T. Collins v, Grubb, claim £ll3s 6d. J. Miller and others v. A. Mee— Claim £56 12s, for harvesting 142 acres of wheat at 6s per acre and 56 acres of oats at ss. Mr Hamersley for plaintiff ; Mr JJeid for defendant. A On the application of defendant the case was adjourned to March 7.
