BOUNDARIES OP THE TIMARU DISTRICT-

SECOND EDITION

The following are the boundaries of the Timaru electoral district : Cnnnneiuing on the north side at the Wash'iyke Greek, on the Timaru side of the buildings there, the boundary line follows the old norih road which passes on the seaward side of Mr T, Hall’s late property, and Mr F. LeCren’s property in Woollcombe’s Gully, following tliis road until it strikes the Wai-iti road. The line then runs up the Waiiti road pa-t; Inc Show Grounds, to Mr J. 11. Stair-ell’s corner, and then follows the road mist the cricket ground and Mr Archer’s to the Main South Road, taking ■in Mr Archer’s house and Mr D, M. Ross’s. The line then goes on the outer side of Mr Shaw’s homestead to the Borough boundary, and by this to the sea, leaving out Kensington and Peeress Town, and then follows the sea and the Washdyke lagoon and creek to (lie starting point. The suburban districts' of Sandie Town, Cliff Town!,-Maori bfill and _ Woollcombe’s if ully, are of course included with the Borough to form the electoral district of Timaru. We trust this discrip lion will he found sufficiently explicit to enable our readers who are in doubt to settle the question whether or no they are in the Timaru district.
