[Rkutee’s Agency.] Small-pox- • Sydney, Dec. 2. Fresh cases of smallpox have been reported to day. Five children in one bouse in Woolloomoloo are now down with the disease. English Cricketers. Thecricket match between the English team and Twenty-two of Bathurst, was commenced to-day. The Englishmen in their first innings scored 115, and at the close of the day’s play, the Twenty-two had fifteen wickets down for 43 runs. Wheat and Freights. Adelaide, Dec. 2, Wheat and flour is quoted at 4s 9d. brands, £lO 17s 9d. Freights to the United Kingdom from Adelaide are 52s 6d, and from outports 655, N- Z. CoalMelbourne, Dec, 2. A large number of shares in the Westport (New Zealand) Coal Company have been taken up here.
