[Esoteb’s Agbncy.l SugarMelbourne Nov. 15. Mauritius advices to the 4th inst report that since the sth ult. 600 tons have cleared for Port Chalmors and 250 for Lyttelton. Private London telegrams report a rise of 10s in sugar. Over-loaded. Sydney, Nov. 15. Nows has been received that the schooner Henrietta, 29 tons, of this port, owned by Mr W. T. Passhloy, has foundered at sea while on her voyage to
New Caledonia, and that ten persons have lost their lives by the disaster. It has been ascertained that the Henrietta was overloaded when she left port. The Milhurn Scandal. Ibis expected that Government will shortly commence legal proceedings in. connection with the expenditure of the award to the Milhurn Creek Copper Mining Company.
