(Pee Pbess Association.) The Holiday in Auckland. Auckland, Nov. 9. The North Shore Regatta is being held to-day. The weather is splendid, and the attendance about 5000. ElectoralDr Wallis addressed the electors of City West last night, and received a vote of confidence. The Holiday in Christchurch* Christchurch, Nov. 9. The weather this morning was very threatening for the Agricultural Show. A genera! holiday is observed in town, which is thronged with visitors from all parts of the country. The Cathedral is the great object of attraction to country people and strangers.
