The criminal sessions! of the Supreme Court opened this morning. There are 28 cases. Judge Johnston’s charge contained nothing of a special character, James Nolan and Henry Hargreaves, for assaulting George White with intent to rob, were sentenced to three years, being the extreme penalty allowed by law.
