In this case His Honor made an order for the process of the Resident Magistrate’s Court to issue. He John Wildermoth, a debtor. Application made on behalf of the debtor, for an order discharging an order of adjudication of bankruptcy against the debtor on the petition of Charles Keast, brewer, of Dunedin. Mr 11 amersley appeared for the applicant, and 'Mr While for the petitioning creditor iu support of the order of adjudication. Application dismissed without costs. • THIS DAY. CIVIL CASKS. Young and Chapman v. O’Gallaglian —Claim £2OO, for hreaeli of contract. Mr Jameson for plaintiffs, Mr C. Perry for defendants. This case, adjourned from a previous sitting of the Court, for further argument came on again this morning, but had not concluded when we went to pi ess.
