At the City Court, Mr Simpson reserved his decision in tbe case tlie police brought under the Provincial Ordinance to test whether fruit sellers, tobacconists, &c., can open on Sundays. A Gift of £3OO. The Committee of the Institution have received an anonymous ■donation'of £3QO, to establish an orphan asylum in connection with the Institution.
