FPee Times Special Wieb.l A Good Balance SheetAuckland, Aug. 1. At a meeting of the Auckland Timber Company to-day the balance sheet showed a net profit of £20,261 4s Id. A dividend of 10 per cent, was declared leaving a balance to carry forward of £14,221 4s Id. Another ArrivalArrived —Ashmore, ship, from London, 93 days from port to port, with forty-six passengers. Her mizzen sails were carried away three weeks ago. Very Proper. Walter Paul, farmer, was fined today for not dipping scabby sheep a second time.
