Melbourne July 13. In reply to a deputation which waited
upon him yesterday, Mr Graves the new Minister of Trade and Customs, promised to consult the Cabinet with a view to the rescission of the regulation by which New Zealand barley is imported into Victoria free, when intended for malting purposes previous to re-exportation.
