[Reuter’s Aqenot.j The Australian Squadron* London, June 29. H.M.S. Nelson, an ironclad, carrying 12 guns, is being commissioned for the Australian Squadron, and will be the flagship of Captain Erskine, who sueceeds Commodore Wilson in command of the station. Conservative Irritation* June 30. In the House of Commons to day, the Irish Land Bill was again under consideration inCommittee of the whole. An amendment making the Bill apply to existing cases was after debate, carried. The Conservative members strongly opposed the amendment, and are much irritated at the action of the Government in agreeing to tke same. The War in IrelandSerious eviction riots have occurred at Mitchelstown, in County Cork, Ireland, and the scene of serious disturbances on May 28 last. Large numbers of people assembled to-day to oppose the process-servers, who, being supported by the police, the latter were attacked, and in return fired upon the mob, thirty of whom were wounded.
