On Friday the 24th day of June 1881 upon hearing Mr Hamersley of counsel for the trustee in the above estate and upon reading a deed of arrangement dated the 21st day of June 1881 and made between the above-named debtor of the one part Alfred St. George Hamersley of the second part and William Davidson of the third part and upon reading the affidavit of the said William Davidson filed herein on the 21st day of June 1881 and in pursuance of the provisions contained in the 121st section of the first above-mentioned Act. It is hereby declared that the said deed is completely executed and it is ordered that the said deed bo filed in this Honorable Court at Timaru and that the bankruptcy of the said Thomas Richmond of which the declaration by the said Thomas Richmond that he was unable to meet his engagements with his creditors filed in the said Court on the 2nd day of June instant was the commencement be and it is annulled. By the Court, ' J. E. ALLEN, Clerk. In pursuance of the 126th section of “The Debtors and Creditors Act 1876.” Notice is hereby given that the above order was granted on the day of the date thereof.
