[Eeuiee’s Agency.] Melbourne, June 14. At a caucus of Ministerialists held today it was decided by 33 to 4 to abandon the Reform Bill. On Parliament reassembling to-day, Mr Berry made a statement, in which lie confirmed the announcement of the decision of the Ministerial caucus. Sir Bryan O’Loughlin thereupon moved that another conference of the two Houses should b& held on the Bill. A desultory debate followed, and still continues.
