[Reuter’s Agency.] The Irish Land BillLondon. May 4. The Irish Land Bill was again under consideration in the House of Commons this evening. In the course of the debate which took place, Sir Stafford Northcote made a speech forcibly condemning the measure. He further took occasion to denounce generally the policy of Government, which he characterised as decidedly communistic in its tendencies. RevengeMay 5. The Irish members, out of revenge for the arrest of Mr Dillon, are abstaining from taking part in all party divisions in the House of Commons on the Irish Land Bill, which is now under consideration.
