[Reuter’s Agency.] The Oath Difficulty. . London, April 28. In the House of Commons to-day, Lord John Manners, on behalf of Conservative party, gave notice of a motion declaring that the Bill to be introduced by Mr Labouchere to enable Mr Bradlaugh to take the oath, would only produce further confusion, without arriving at a settlement of the question. Invasion of Tunis. Paris, April 28. It has transpired that the commander of the French troops in Tunis has received orders to march against the capital, and a force is therefore advancing with the utmost speed.
