In the matter of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act 1876 ” and “ The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1878 ” and of “ The Debtors and Creditors Act Amendment Act 1879 ” and of a deed of arrangement by Sabah Jane Louis administratrix of Oscar Louis (deceased) for the benefit of the creditors of the said Oscar Louis.
