[Eeutbr’s Agency.l A Kicking Tour. Melbourne, April 4. The Australian team of footballers will play their first match against Victoria on May 7. They proceed on a tour through New Zealand on June 4. The Worse of the Wear. His Excellency the Marquis of No'rmanby is suffering from an attack of fever and ague. Mr Graham Berry Will, consequently, preside at the meeting of the Executive Council, to be held to-morrow. Political Pugilists. Mr Munro, M.L.A., was violently assaulted by Mr Sergeant, M.L.A., in public to-day, and the latter has since been arrested. News for Bis Excellency. Lady Gordon is a passenger from England .by the Orient Company’s Lusitania. Victorian Prosperity. The revenue of Victoria,for the past quarter amounts to £1,428,000, being an increase of £170,000 compared with the March quarter of last year. The railway revenue shows an increase of £59,000, and the Customs au increaseof £55,000. Queensland Enterprise. Brisbane, April 4. Tenders for the construction of a railway between this city and Sand gate, a watering place about 14 miles distant have been received. The lowest, at £38,634, was accepted.
