Boer Disturbance, Natal, April 2, Intelligence lias been received from the Transvaal stating that a number of Boers who were prominent in the late rebellion, and are opposed to the peace settlement arrived at, have commenced a system of terrorism over those of their fellow countrymen who have remained loyal and refused to take up arms against the British.
